Rebecca Evangelista MD, ACC, CHPE

For more than 20 years, my career was defined by precision and growth—first as a surgeon and professor, and later as an Associate Dean in a major academic health system. Today, I bring that deep expertise in human performance and institutional leadership to my coaching and consulting practice. Working with clients both within healthcare and across the broader business world, I help professionals navigate major career transitions, develop executive presence, and lead with purpose.
